License Grant

This license is granted to the individual or entity ("Licensee") who purchased a valid license through an authorized distributor.

Single Project License

A Single Project License grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

  • Use the Software in one (1) production project
  • Use the Software in unlimited development and staging environments for that project
  • Modify the Software's source code for the Licensee's own use within the licensed project

Unlimited Projects License

An Unlimited Projects License grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

  • Use the Software in unlimited production projects owned or operated by the Licensee
  • Use the Software in unlimited development and staging environments
  • Modify the Software's source code for the Licensee's own use within the licensed projects

Restrictions

The Licensee shall not:

  1. Redistribute, sublicense, resell, lease, or transfer the Software or any portion of its source code to any third party
  2. Share the Software with individuals or entities not covered by the license
  3. Use the Software to create a competing product or service
  4. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Software
  5. Publish the Software's source code in any public repository

Updates

The license includes access to updates and bug fixes for the duration specified at the time of purchase. After the update period expires, the Licensee may continue using the last version received but will not receive further updates without renewing.

Support

Support is provided according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. Support inquiries should be directed through the authorized distributor's support channels.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software in their possession.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the copyright holder operates.
